Emulsion Styrene Butadiene Rubber / ESBR
ESBR is a typical general-purpose synthetic rubber with excellent tensile strength, tear strength, and resistance to aging and abrasion. It is used in products such as vehicle tires, belts, footwear, and various types of industrial rubber products.
Non-Oil Extended Styrene Butadiene Rubber / ESBR
Main characteristics and applications
ESBR 1500
The most typical grade of staining type non-oil extended SBR.
It excels in physical properties such as tensile strength, tear resistance, aging resistance, andabrasion resistance. Furthermore, since rosin acid soap is used as the emulsifier, it abounds intackiness, and excels in processability.
- Application
- Tire tread, camelback, conveyor belt, hose, other black products
ESBR 1502
A mixed soap of rosin acid and fatty acid is used as the emulsifier, and it is the most typical gradeof non-staining, non-oil extended SBR.
- Application
- Sidewall, footwear, rubberized fabric, other light colored products, non-staining type black products
ESBR 1507
This is a low Mooney Viscosity, non-staining, non-oil extended SBR.
- Application
- Light colored, translucent products such as sponge, industrial goods, rubberized fabric, and toys.In addition, black products requiring good processabilityTires
ESBR 0202
Non-staining, non-oil extended SBR having high Bound Styrene.
- Application
- Footwear, sponge, industrial goods, other translucent products, non-staining type black products
ESBR 1503
Non-staining, non-oil extended SBR having good water resistance.
- Application
- Industrial goods which require water resistance and non-corrosion behavior towards metal
