ENEOS Materials Corporation and each of the companies of the ENEOS Materials Group (the "Group") hereby commit to handle personal data appropriately, in accordance with the "ENEOS Philosophy of the Group" and the "ENEOS Code of Conduct," as follows.

1.Framework for Personal Data Protection

The Group has established and will maintain a framework to appropriately protect personal data; formulate a compliance program to ensure that its officers and employees fully protect personal data; and continuously implement and improve such framework and program.

2.Security Control of Personal Data

In every process of obtaining, using, storing, and disposing personal data, the Group will securely administer such personal data, and thoroughly prevent the leakage of, and unauthorized access to, personal data.

3.Clarification of Purpose of Use

When acquiring personal data, the Group will clarify the purpose of use, the scope of users, etc., and notify individuals or make this information public. Furthermore, the Group will not use personal data beyond what is necessary to achieve the clarified purpose of use.

However, in cases that fall under any of the following items, personal data may be disclosed or provided to third parties as an exception. 5. Response to Inquiries and Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use and Other Requests

In cases where an inquiry concerning the handling of personal data or a request for the disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal data is received from the person in question, the Group shall appropriately and quickly address them after confirming that the inquiry or the request was made directly by the person in question.

Handling of Personal Data on the Website

In accordance with the "ENEOS Group Privacy Policy," the company handles the personal data of customers on the website as follows.
